Femi Falana, a senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), says any president or governor who perpetrates criminal act could be captured while in office.
He said the incomparable court has precluded supreme insusceptibility, along these lines governors required in criminal accusations, including the administration of the national get together should confront the law.
Falana said this in Benin on Saturday while talking on: 'Farthest point of official safety' at a function to stamp the 60th birthday of Julius Ihonvebere, secretary to the state government (SSG) of Edo.
Blaming the welcome reached out to Abubakar Malami, lawyer general of the organization, by the administration of the senate, Falana asked Senate President Bukola Saraki and Ike Ekweremadu, his appointee, to confront the imitation charges against them.
He blamed the senate for politicizing the issue, saying: "they have no resistance to evade the charges against them.
"The senate is currently politicizing the issue, saying it is political exploitation yet not that the offense was not dedicated.
"As pioneers of the national gathering, you should be above board and that is even the more reason you should be cautious."
The attorney said Malami is not liable to the senate, demanding that: "Any issue that is criminal in nature must be dealt with all things considered.
"The lawyer general of the league is just responsible to his manager, who is the president and no one else.
"The same thing applies to the states, so there is no more supreme insusceptibility in this nation.
"What's more, that is the reason what is going on in Ekiti today about cash found in a bank and the representative is stating it is unlawful to stop his record, that is not valid."
